We would like to introduce the mechanism of water removal and drying using HFE solvent in our "Water Removal Drying System." The cleaned glass substrate is immersed in HFE solvent while still retaining water. Due to the action of ultrasound and the density difference between the pure solvent and the water, it easily detaches from the glass substrate and rapidly rises to the water separation tank.
